SSC यानी Staff Selection Commission ने एक बार फिर से एक बड़ी भर्ती का notification जारी किया है। SSC Selection Post Phase 14 (Phase-XIV/2026) का notification 13 April 2026 को officially release हो गया है और total 3003 vacancies announce की गई हैं। यह exam उन सभी candidates के लिए है जिन्होंने 10th, 12th या Graduation किया है। सबसे अच्छी बात – No Interview! सिर्फ CBT clear करो, documents verify हो जाएं और job पक्की। Online Apply Start हो गया है और Last Date है 04 May 2026। इस blog में हम आपको पूरी जानकारी देंगे – क्या है SSC Selection Post, कितनी posts हैं, eligibility क्या है, और सबसे important – CBT exam की preparation कैसे करें ताकि first attempt में ही crack हो जाए।

दोस्तों, बहुत से students confuse हो जाते हैं कि SSC Selection Post और SSC CGL/CHSL में क्या फर्क है। Simple explanation यह है: SSC हर साल Selection Post exam conduct करता है जिसमें Central Government के अलग-अलग Departments और Ministries में सैकड़ों अलग-अलग posts पर recruitment होती है। Phase 14 इस series का 14वां edition है। इसमें Matriculation (10th), Higher Secondary (12th) और Graduation – तीन levels पर posts होती हैं। एक candidate अपनी qualification के अनुसार applicable posts के लिए apply कर सकता है। कोई interview नहीं होता – सिर्फ CBT और Document Verification। इसीलिए यह exam बहुत popular है और लाखों candidates apply करते हैं। Phase 14 में 3003 vacancies across 9 SSC Regional Offices में हैं।

Vacancy Details – 3003 Posts कहाँ-कहाँ हैं?

यह recruitment 9 SSC Regional Offices के through होती है – Central Region (CR), Eastern Region (ER), Karnataka Kerala Region (KKR), Madhya Pradesh Region (MPR), North Eastern Region (NER), Northern Region (NR), North Western Region (NWR), Southern Region (SR) और Western Region (WR)। Posts अलग-अलग Ministries और Departments में हैं जैसे Laboratory Assistant, UDC (Upper Division Clerk), Technical Assistant, Scientific Assistant, Senior Computer, Canteen Attendant, Deputy Ranger, Junior Engineer, और बहुत सारी अन्य posts। हर post का educational level (10th/12th/Graduate), age limit, pay scale और कुछ posts में experience requirement अलग होती है। Apply करने से पहले official notification की Annexure-III में अपनी preferred post की specific requirements जरूर check करें।

Eligibility Criteria – Apply कर सकते हो या नहीं?

Educational Qualification:

यह exam तीन levels में होती है और हर level के लिए अलग qualification चाहिए। Matriculation level posts के लिए 10th pass, Higher Secondary level posts के लिए 12th pass और Graduation level posts के लिए Bachelor's Degree किसी recognized university से चाहिए। Crucial Date यानी सभी qualifications का होना 04 May 2026 (closing date) तक जरूरी है। कुछ specific posts के लिए additional qualifications, certificates या experience भी चाहिए – यह official notification की Annexure-III में mention है।

Age Limit:

Minimum age 18 years है (closing date यानी 04.05.2026 तक)। Maximum age generally 30 years है, लेकिन कुछ posts पर 25 years तक भी है और कुछ technical posts पर 30-35 years तक। Post-wise exact age limit official notification में check करें।

Nationality:

भारत का नागरिक होना अनिवार्य है।

SSC Selection Post Phase 14 में कोई interview नहीं है – यह इस exam की सबसे बड़ी खासियत है। Selection process simple है:

CBT result के बाद Document Verification के लिए shortlisting ratio होती है: 1:30 अगर vacancies 5 तक हैं, और 1:15 अगर vacancies 5 से ज्यादा हैं। यानी CBT में अच्छे marks लाना बहुत critical है क्योंकि यही final merit decide करता है।

CBT Exam Pattern 2026 – नई Sectional Timing का System

SSC Phase 14/2026 में एक बड़ा change आया है – Sectional Timing introduce हुई है। पहले total 60 minutes में किसी भी order में questions solve कर सकते थे। अब हर section के लिए fixed 15 minutes होंगे। एक section का time खत्म होते ही automatically next section start होगा। यह change preparation strategy को directly affect करता है – अब हर subject में individually fast और accurate रहना जरूरी है।

Subject-wise Complete Syllabus – क्या पढ़ें?

1. General Intelligence (Reasoning) – 25 Questions, 50 Marks, 15 Minutes

Reasoning section में speed और accuracy दोनों critical हैं। 15 minutes में 25 questions – यानी प्रति question सिर्फ 36 seconds। इसमें Analogy, Classification, Series (Number, Letter, Symbol), Coding-Decoding, Blood Relations, Direction & Distance, Ranking & Order, Seating Arrangement, Puzzles, Venn Diagrams, Missing Numbers, Matrix problems, Non-Verbal Reasoning (Mirror Image, Paper Folding, Figure Counting, Pattern Completion) आते हैं। Non-verbal reasoning पर special focus दो – यह section में अच्छे scorer बनाता है। Daily 30 questions practice करो।

2. General Awareness – 25 Questions, 50 Marks, 15 Minutes

यह section current affairs knowledge और static GK दोनों test करता है। Current Affairs (last 3-4 months) – National & International news, Important appointments, Awards & Honours, Sports events, Important days। Static GK – Indian History, Geography, Polity, Economy basics, Science & Technology, Defence, Culture। इस section में exam से पहले last 3-4 months के current affairs की intensive revision जरूरी है। एक daily newspaper habit बनाओ। Science में Physics, Chemistry, Biology के basic concepts – खासकर everyday science पर focus करो।

3. Quantitative Aptitude – 25 Questions, 50 Marks, 15 Minutes

यह section बहुत से candidates को डराता है – लेकिन right preparation से यह scoring section बन सकता है। Topics: Number System, Simplification & Approximation, Percentage, Ratio & Proportion, Average, Simple & Compound Interest, Profit-Loss-Discount, Time-Work-Distance, Mensuration (Area, Volume), Data Interpretation (Tables, Bar Graphs, Pie Charts)। 10th level posts के लिए basic arithmetic, 12th level के लिए intermediate concepts और Graduation level के लिए advanced data interpretation focus करो। Calculator नहीं मिलेगा – mental calculation और shortcuts सीखो।

4. English Language & Comprehension – 25 Questions, 50 Marks, 15 Minutes

English section में Reading Comprehension (1-2 passages), Error Detection, Sentence Improvement, Fill in the Blanks, Para Jumbles, Cloze Test, Vocabulary (Synonyms, Antonyms, One Word Substitution, Idioms & Phrases), Active-Passive Voice, Direct-Indirect Speech आते हैं। Daily English reading की habit बनाओ। Vocabulary के लिए रोज 10-15 new words learn करो। Grammar के basic rules solidly याद करो।

First Attempt में CBT Crack करने की Complete Strategy

दोस्तों, June 2026 में exam है और अभी April है। यानी लगभग 2 महीने का time है। यह enough time है अगर सही strategy से काम करें।

Phase 1 – पहले 2 हफ्ते (Foundation): पहले decide करो कि किस level के posts के लिए apply कर रहे हो (10th/12th/Graduate)। उस level का syllabus ध्यान से पढ़ो। हर subject के basics revise करो – Reasoning के common types, Maths के formulas, GK की static information, English grammar rules। Foundation मजबूत होगी तो आगे speed आसानी से बढ़ेगी।

Phase 2 – अगले 3 हफ्ते (Subject Deep Dive): हर subject पर focused practice करो। Reasoning के लिए daily 30-40 questions। Quantitative Aptitude के लिए shortcuts सीखो और DI practice करो। General Awareness के लिए daily news follow करो और static GK के chapter-wise notes बनाओ। English के लिए daily reading और vocabulary building।

Phase 3 – Last 2-3 हफ्ते (Sectional Timing Practice): यह सबसे important phase है। अब sectional timing के साथ mock tests दो। Timer set करो – 15 minutes General Intelligence, 15 minutes General Awareness, 15 minutes Quantitative Aptitude, 15 minutes English। हर section में independently fast रहने की practice करो। जो sections weak हैं उन पर extra time दो।

Daily Routine (Consistent रहो): सुबह 1 घंटे static GK revision और current affairs। दोपहर 1 घंटे Maths practice। शाम 45 minutes Reasoning। रात 30 minutes English। Weekend पर full-length mock test। Daily Practice Schedule Guide से inspiration लो।

Sectional Timing – यह New Feature कैसे Handle करें?

Phase 14 में Sectional Timing एक नई challenge है। पहले जो candidates किसी एक section में बहुत कम time देते थे और दूसरे में ज्यादा – अब वो strategy काम नहीं करेगी। इसके लिए खास preparation चाहिए। पहले identify करो कि कौन सा section आपका weakest है। उस section पर extra focused practice करो। Mock tests में हमेशा sectional timer के साथ practice करो। 15 minutes में 25 questions – यानी हर question पर maximum 36 seconds। जो question नहीं आ रहा उसे skip करो और बाद में अगर time बचे तो वापस जाओ। Weak section में minimum 15-18 questions accurately attempt करने का target रखो।

Common Mistakes जो आपको Fail कर सकती हैं – इनसे बचो!

पहली गलती है Negative Marking ignore करना – 0.50 marks per wrong answer। अगर 20 questions गलत किए तो 10 marks minus। यह cut-off से नीचे ले जा सकता है। दूसरी गलती है Sectional Timing को underestimate करना – पहली बार sectional timer के साथ exam देते वक्त बहुत candidates घबरा जाते हैं। इसलिए practice में हमेशा timer use करो। तीसरी गलती है सिर्फ एक subject पर ज्यादा focus – यह sectional timing की वजह से अब और नुकसानदेह है। चौथी गलती है current affairs ignore करना – General Awareness में 40-50% questions current affairs से होते हैं। पाँचवीं गलती है mock tests नहीं देना – theory पढ़ना और exam में actually perform करना बहुत अलग है। Exam Time Management Strategy जरूर पढ़ें।

Online Apply कैसे करें – Step by Step

• Step 1: SSC One-Time Registration Portal पर जाएं। पहले OTR (One-Time Registration) complete करें – Name, Mobile, Email, Date of Birth fill करें।
• Step 2: Registration Number और Password generate होगा। SMS और Email पर आएगा।
• Step 3: SSC Login Portal पर login करें और अपनी preferred post select करें।
• Step 4: Application Form fill करें – Personal details, Educational Qualification, Category। सब carefully भरें – एक बार submit होने के बाद correction window (11-13 May) में ही changes होंगे।
• Step 5: Scanned Photo और Signature upload करें (specifications के अनुसार)।
• Step 6: Application fee online pay करें (General/OBC/EWS: ₹100)।
• Step 7: Final application submit करें और confirmation page print करें।

Salary – Selection Post में क्या मिलेगा?

SSC Selection Post में salary post के Pay Level पर depend करती है। Level 1 से Level 7 तक posts हैं। Basic Pay approximately ₹18,000 से ₹44,900 तक होती है। इसके साथ DA (Dearness Allowance), HRA (House Rent Allowance), TA (Travel Allowance) और Medical Benefits मिलते हैं। Total CTC (hand in hand salary + allowances) post और city के according vary करती है। Government job की security, pension (NPS), promotion opportunities और job stability इसे एक excellent career choice बनाते हैं।
