1. Agreement & Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Multi Typing (located at https://multityping.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of all online typing practice tests, TCS iON exam simulators, real-time multiplayer battle rooms, live student chat lounges, 15+ regional language engines, dictation audio typing tests, document image typing tools, 1000+ MCQ mock test series, smart calculators, national leaderboards, and aspirant community forums.

2. Permitted Use & Educational Purpose

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Multi Typing strictly for personal, educational, and exam preparation purposes. Under this license, you may:

• Participate in real-time multiplayer battle rooms and race with candidates across India.
• Communicate respectfully in the 24x7 student chat lounge and community forums.
• Practice typing in English, Hindi (Krutidev, Mangal, Remington), and 15+ regional Indian languages.
• Simulate actual government exam conditions (TCS iON mode, SSC, Railway, High Court, CPCT, and State PSC tests).
• Attempt online MCQ practice tests and review instant scorecards.
• Use typing calculators (Net Speed, KPH, Exam Eligibility, Error Rate).
• View your ranking on public scoreboards and battle podiums.

3. Fair Play, Anti-Cheat & Multiplayer Battle Policy

To maintain authentic leaderboard rankings, transparent competition, and a trustworthy environment for thousands of daily aspirants, strictly prohibited activities include:

• Using automated typing software, bots, macros, scripts, auto-typers, browser extensions, or emulated inputs to artificially generate scores in solo tests or multiplayer battle rooms.
• Tampering with real-time race telemetry, WebSocket packets, countdown timers, or anti-cheat validation hashes.
• Submitting fraudulent, manipulated, offensive, or deceptive usernames and speed scores.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage on leaderboards or battle racetracks.

We actively monitor keystroke cadence and reserve the right to immediately disqualify fraudulent scores, ban offending usernames, and block IP addresses that violate our Fair Play Policy.

4. Student Chat Lounge & Community Code of Conduct

Our 24x7 Student Chat Lounge and Battle Room Chat are dedicated to mutual encouragement, exam queries, cutoff analysis, and practice discussions. All users must strictly observe our Code of Conduct:

• Zero Tolerance for Abuse: Harassment, bullying, hate speech, vulgarity, obscenity, defamation, or discriminatory remarks against any candidate or group are strictly forbidden.
• No Commercial Spam or Scams: Promoting paid courses, telegram channels, coaching centers, commercial links, affiliate schemes, or phishing URLs is strictly prohibited.
• Privacy Respect: Do not post personal contact numbers, social media handles, or sensitive private data in public chat areas.

Violations of these conduct rules result in instant message removal, temporary chat timeouts, or permanent platform bans without prior notice.

5. Google AdSense & Advertising Compliance

Multi Typing is monetized through Google AdSense to ensure all typing tests, battle rooms, chat tools, exam engines, and practice series remain 100% free for all students. By using this website, you agree to comply with Google AdSense Policies:

• No Invalid Clicks: Users must not click on their own ads or use any automated means, proxies, or incentives to generate invalid ad clicks or impressions.
• No Ad Manipulation: Users must not attempt to alter, obscure, or tamper with advertisement placements, ad code scripts, or Google AdSense delivery mechanisms.
• Third-Party Vendors: Third-party vendors (including Google) deliver ads on our site using cookies. You can manage your ad preferences anytime via Google Ads Settings.

6. Intellectual Property Rights & Trademarks

All content on Multi Typing — including website design, CSS frameworks, typing engines, software code, calculators, MCQ practice questions, text passages, graphics, and logos — is the property of Multi Typing and protected by copyright laws.

Trademark Notice: Mention of third-party examination names (such as SSC, RRB Railway, High Court, CPCT, SBI, IBPS, TCS iON) is strictly for descriptive and educational identification purposes to help aspirants prepare for official tests. All trademarks belong to their respective government recruitment boards and official entities.

7. User-Generated Content & Moderation

When you post questions, comments, or exam hall experiences in our aspirant community or chat lounge:

• You retain ownership of your text, but grant us a royalty-free license to display and distribute it on the site.
• You agree not to post false information, copyrighted text without authorization, or objectionable content.
• We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or delete any post or message that violates our community guidelines.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Practice Nature

All services and practice tests on Multi Typing are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind:

• While we strictly implement net speed algorithms `((Total Chars / 5) - Errors)` matching official SSC & Govt guidelines, official final marks are determined solely by official government examination authorities.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted website uptime, server availability, or zero software bugs during practice sessions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Multi Typing, its founder (Amit Kumar), or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.

9. Service Modifications & Updates

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features, test series, or layout designs at any time to enhance platform performance and compliance. These Terms of Service may be updated periodically, with changes reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
