  • Typing Test & MCQ Results: Your chosen display username, WPM speed, accuracy percentage, test duration, font/language selection, and submitted scores.
  • Community & Forum Submissions: Questions, answers, exam hall experiences, and comments submitted in our aspirant community.
  • Contact & Support Requests: Your name, email address, and message content when submitting feedback or support inquiries.
  • TCS iON Simulation (Local Browser Memory Only): Roll number or candidate photo uploaded locally in your browser memory for exam hall interface simulation. (This data remains exclusively in your local browser memory and is never uploaded or saved to our central server databases).

  • Log & Device Information: Your IP address, browser type, operating system version, referring URLs, device type (mobile, tablet, desktop), date/time stamps, and page navigation history.
  • Cookies & Local Storage: Small text files stored on your browser to save theme preferences (Dark/Light mode), chosen nickname, test session settings, and anonymous analytics data.

3. Real-Time Multiplayer Battle Rooms & Student Chat Policy

Our multiplayer battle rooms and live student chat lounges enable real-time collaborative practice and peer learning. Please note the following specific privacy practices for real-time features:

  • Public Nicknames: When joining a public or private battle room or sending chat messages, your chosen nickname and live race progress (car position and live WPM) are visible in real time to other room participants.
  • Ephemeral Chat Messages: Real-time messages transmitted in temporary battle rooms and the student chat lounge are delivered through secure, encrypted WebSocket / Pusher channels. Battle room chat logs are temporary (ephemeral) and are automatically cleared when rooms close.
  • No Sensitive Personal Data: We strongly advise users never to share sensitive personal information (such as phone numbers, Aadhaar/ID numbers, home addresses, or passwords) in public chat rooms or multiplayer lobbies.
  • Automated Moderation: To ensure a safe, student-friendly learning environment, messages may be filtered in real time by automated anti-spam and profanity detection systems.

We use Google AdSense and authorized third-party ad vendors to display advertisements across Multi Typing. AdSense monetization allows us to keep 100% of our typing tools, battle rooms, chat lounge, exam simulators, and MCQ series free for all learners without subscription fees.
