नमस्कार दोस्तों! मैं Amit Kumar हूँ। आप में से बहुत से लोग हैं जो काफी समय से typing practice कर रहे हैं, shorthand सीख रहे हैं, और सोच रहे हैं कि इस skill का कोई बड़ा फायदा कब मिलेगा। तो दोस्तों, वो वक्त आ गया है! High Court of Judicature at Allahabad (Prayagraj) ने Private Secretary Grade-I के पद पर भर्ती का notification जारी किया है। यह exam National Testing Agency (NTA) द्वारा conduct की जाएगी और इसमें typing और shorthand दोनों का test होगा। आज यानी 12 March 2026 से application शुरू हो गई है। अगर आप UP के domicile हैं, graduation किया है, और आपको English shorthand व typing आती है, तो यह job आपके लिए ही बनी है।

पहले सबसे जरूरी dates देख लें ताकि कोई deadline miss न हो:

Introduction: यह Recruitment क्या है?

यह recruitment Allahabad High Court की Official Establishment के लिए है, न कि किसी subordinate court के लिए। मतलब आप directly India के one of the oldest और most prestigious High Courts में काम करेंगे। Post का नाम है Private Secretary Grade-I और इसे conduct कर रही है National Testing Agency (NTA)। Advertisement Number है 01/Private Secretary Grade-I/2026 और यह notice 12 March 2026 को जारी हुआ है। Application केवल online mode में होगी – कोई offline form accept नहीं होगा। अगर किसी candidate ने multiple forms submit किए तो सिर्फ last submitted form consider होगा।

Vacancies: कितनी Posts हैं?

इस recruitment में कुल 195 vacancies हैं। Pay scale काफी attractive है – Level 10 (Rs. 56,100 – 1,77,500) as per 7th Pay Commission। यानी starting salary ही 56,000 से ज्यादा है, और साथ में allowances अलग से।

Application Fee

हाँ दोस्तों, इस recruitment की fee थोड़ी ज्यादा है, लेकिन जब post इतनी prestigious हो और salary इतनी अच्छी हो, तो यह investment worth it है। Fee payment केवल State Bank of India (SBI) के through होगा।

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification (जरूरी है)

Private Secretary Grade-I post के लिए तीन conditions simultaneously पूरी करनी होंगी:

• Condition 1: किसी recognized University से Bachelor's Degree (Graduation) – किसी भी stream में।
• Condition 2: English Shorthand में minimum 100 words per minute और English Typewriting में minimum 40 words per minute की speed।
• Condition 3: Data Entry, Word Processing और Computer Operations का knowledge।

Age Limit

Age calculation 01 July 2026 के आधार पर होगी। Candidate की minimum age 21 years और maximum age 35 years होनी चाहिए। यानी candidate का जन्म 02 July 1991 के बाद और 01 July 2005 से पहले होना चाहिए।

Selection Procedure: 3 Stages में होगी Selection

यह exam तीन अलग-अलग stages में होगी और हर stage अलग date पर conduct होगी। सभी stages में appear करना mandatory है। एक भी stage miss की तो out।

Stage I – तीन Parts में होगी

Stage II – Shorthand Dictation Test

Stage I में merit के हिसाब से vacancies का 10 गुना candidates Stage II के लिए बुलाए जाएंगे। इसमें English shorthand dictation होगी।

Stage III – Interview

Stage I + Stage II की combined merit के आधार पर vacancies का 3 गुना candidates Interview के लिए बुलाए जाएंगे।

Marking Scheme: Errors का हिसाब कैसे होगा?

यह section बहुत important है। Computer typing test में हर mistake का penalty system समझ लें:

Stage I Part A (MCQ General Studies):

• हर सही answer पर 2 marks
• No Negative Marking – गलत answer पर कोई कटौती नहीं
• Unattempted question पर 0 marks

Stage I Part B & Part C (Typing Tests) और Stage II (Shorthand):

Answer Key Challenge

Stage I Part A (MCQ) के provisional answer keys exam के बाद official website पर display की जाएंगी। अगर आपको लगे कि कोई answer गलत है तो आप challenge कर सकते हैं। Challenge fee है ₹500 per question – लेकिन अगर challenge accept हो गया तो fee वापस मिल जाएगी। Challenge केवल online होगा और specified period के बाद कोई challenge नहीं माना जाएगा।

Evaluation Criteria: Final Merit कैसे बनेगी?

Final Merit List तीनों stages के aggregate marks से बनेगी और यह list 1 साल तक valid रहेगी (या अगली selection तक, जो भी पहले हो)। Merit में equal marks होने पर बड़ी उम्र वाले candidate को preference दी जाएगी। Result केवल official websites पर ही display होगा – कोई Score Card post से नहीं आएगा।

Registration and Application Process: Apply कैसे करें?

Application केवल online होगी। नीचे step-by-step process दी गई है:

• Step 1: Official website exams.nta.nic.in/allhcre पर जाएं और अपने Email ID व Mobile Number से Registration करें।
• Step 2: Online Application Form को पूरा fill करें – नाम, DOB, category, qualification सब correctly भरें।
• Step 3: Required documents upload करें – Passport Photo (10KB-200KB), Signature (10KB-100KB), Left Hand Thumb Impression, Category Certificate, 10th Certificate।
• Step 4: Fee का payment करें – Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card / UPI के through SBI payment gateway पर।
• Step 5: Confirmation Page download करके print निकाल लें और 8 passport size photos ready रखें।

Admit Card, Instructions और Prohibited Materials

Admit Card कैसे मिलेगा?

Admit Card केवल online download होगा – official websites से। Exam date, time और centre सब Admit Card पर mention होगा। अगर Admit Card download करने में problem हो तो helpdesk.allhcre@nta.ac.in पर email करें या helpline 011-40759000/69227700 पर call करें।

Exam Centre पर क्या लाना होगा? (Mandatory)

• Admit Card का legible print (जरूरी)
• 2 passport size photographs – वही जो Online Form में upload की थी
• Original Government ID Proof (वही जो form में mention किया था) – Aadhaar / Voter ID / Driving License / Passport / PAN Card
• एक additional original ID proof भी साथ रखें

Prohibited Materials – ये चीजें Center में BANNED हैं

नीचे दी गई कोई भी चीज़ अगर exam centre पर पाई गई तो Unfair Means (UFM) का case बनेगा और candidature cancel हो सकती है:

• Mobile Phone, Bluetooth Device, Earphone, Microphone, Pager
• Calculator, DocuPen, Slide Rules, Log Tables
• Electronic Watches, Camera, Tape Recorder
• Handbag, Purse, कोई भी printed/written material
• Geometry Box, Pencil Box, Stationery items (exam centre पर rough sheet मिलेगी)
• Packed food, chocolate, candy (diabetic students को plain fruits और sugar tablets की छूट है)
• कोई भी metallic item या ornament

CBT Exam Day की पूरी Process – Login से Submit तक

Computer Based Test (CBT) में Appear कैसे करें?

बहुत से students का यह पहला CBT exam होगा। इसलिए यह section ध्यान से पढ़ें और practice करके जाएं:

• आपको allotted computer terminal पर बैठना है – खुद से seat change नहीं कर सकते।
• Login screen पर system generated Login ID और Password डालकर login होगा।
• Part A (MCQ) में physical keyboard disabled रहेगा – answers mouse से on-screen option पर click करने होंगे।
• Question Palette right side में होगा जिसमें हर question का status दिखेगा।
• "Marked for Review" का option है – question पर flag लगा सकते हैं और बाद में देख सकते हैं।
• Top right पर countdown timer होगा जो time remaining दिखाएगा।
• Computer crash हो जाए तो immediately invigilator को बताएं – timer नए system पर continue होगा, time waste नहीं होगा।
• Rough work के लिए Blank Sheets मिलेंगी – उन्हें exam के बाद invigilator को return करना होगा।

Unfair Means (UFM) और Exam Rules

NTA और Allahabad High Court दोनों UFM के मामले में बहुत strict हैं। नीचे कुछ actions हैं जो UFM माने जाएंगे:

• Prohibited items साथ रखना या use करना
• किसी दूसरे को अपनी जगह exam दिलाना (impersonation)
• Assigned exam centre के अलावा कहीं और exam देना
• Admit Card या documents में manipulation/fabrication
• Exam hall में किसी से communicate करना
• Question paper की content किसी को share करना (NDA violation)

UFM case में result declare नहीं होगा, future exams से ban हो सकता है और UP Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024 के तहत criminal action भी possible है।
