नमस्कार दोस्तों! मैं Amit Kumar हूँ। जो लोग लंबे समय से shorthand और typing practice कर रहे हैं उनके लिए एक बहुत बड़ी खुशखबरी है। Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) ने एक बार फिर से Stenographer posts पर बड़ी भर्ती निकाली है। इस बार तो number भी कम नहीं है – कुल मिलाकर 1952 से भी ज्यादा vacancies हैं और इसमें Group-1 से लेकर Group-3 तक के अलग-अलग posts हैं। Advt. No. 03/2026 के तहत यह recruitment Haryana के विभिन्न Departments, Boards, Corporations और Commissions में हो रही है। Application fee zero है यानी कोई भी fee नहीं देनी है! तो अगर आपने CET Group-C qualify किया है और shorthand आती है, तो यह chance बिल्कुल मत छोड़ो। इस blog में हम पूरा exam pattern, shorthand speed requirements, typing test guide और preparation tips detail में cover करेंगे।

इस recruitment में तीन Groups हैं और हर Group में अलग-अलग posts और अलग shorthand speed requirements हैं। अपना Group और post carefully देखें:

Eligibility Criteria – क्या चाहिए Apply करने के लिए?

HSSC Stenographer 2026 के लिए eligibility conditions बहुत clear हैं। तीन basic requirements हैं जो सभी candidates के लिए mandatory हैं:

• Education: 10+2 (किसी भी stream में) / 10+2 First Division / 10+2 Vocational / Graduation / Graduation with 60% – recognized board/university से।
• Hindi/Sanskrit: Matric या उससे ऊपर की class में Hindi या Sanskrit एक subject के रूप में होना जरूरी है।
• CET Qualification: CET Group-C qualified होना अनिवार्य है। जिन्होंने CET qualify नहीं किया है वो apply नहीं कर सकते।
• Age: 18 से 42 साल (Haryana Government के instructions के अनुसार reserved categories को age relaxation मिलेगी)।

Shorthand Speed Requirements – Post-wise पूरी Details

यह section इस blog का सबसे important part है। हर post के लिए shorthand speed और transcription speed अलग-अलग है। अपने post के लिए required speed जरूर confirm करें:

HSSC Stenographer 2026 का selection CET policy 2024 के अनुसार होगा। पूरा process clear है:

Stage I – Stenography Skill Test: Typing Test का पूरा Pattern

यह exam का सबसे important stage है और इसी पर आपकी shorthand और typing skills की असली परीक्षा होती है। यह test qualifying nature का है यानी इसमें pass होना mandatory है, लेकिन इसके marks final merit में direct add नहीं होते।

Test का Format:

• Examiner आपको shorthand में dictation देगा – जितनी speed आपके post की requirement है।
• आपको dictation shorthand notebook में लिखनी होगी।
• उसके बाद computer पर transcription (type) करनी होगी।
• यह test Computer Based होगा – Hindi के लिए Kruti Dev 10 Font (size 14) और English के लिए Arial Font (size 12), line spacing 1.5 point।

Mistake Evaluation System – एक-एक Error कैसे Count होगी?

Stenography test में mistakes का evaluation बहुत detailed तरीके से होता है। इसे ठीक से समझना जरूरी है ताकि आप practice में भी इन्हीं standards को follow करें:

Full Mistakes (1 पूरी mistake मानी जाएगी):

• किसी word या figure का पूरा omission (छूट जाना)
• कोई word/figure की जगह दूसरा word/figure type करना
• ऐसा word/figure add करना जो dictation में था ही नहीं
• Capital letter की जगह small letter और vice versa
• दो words के बीच space न होना

Half Mistakes (0.5 mistake मानी जाएगी):

• Singular की जगह plural noun use करना या vice versa
• Sentence की शुरुआत में small letter use करना

क्या Ignore होगा (Mistake नहीं मानी जाएगी):

• दो words के बीच extra space (अगर word और full stop के बीच हो तो mistake)
• % – Percent, & – and, ₹ – Rs. – Rupees जैसे substitutions
• Date लिखने का तरीका (04 July 1990 या 04/07/1990 – कोई भी accepted)
• Ld. – Learned, v/s – vs. – Versus, u/s – Under Section
• Paragraph indenting की mistake
• एक ही word में multiple errors हों – सब मिलाकर 1 mistake count होगी

Stage II – Written Examination Pattern

Skill Test qualify करने के बाद Written Exam होगी जो OMR-based offline exam है। इसके marks final merit में count होते हैं।

Written Exam Syllabus – Group-wise क्या पढ़ें?

तीनों Groups के लिए Written Exam का structure similar है, लेकिन subject-specific part (70% weightage) अलग होता है:

Common Sections (सभी Groups के लिए – 30% weightage):

• Section 1 (20%): General Awareness, Reasoning, Mathematics, Science, History (including Haryana history), Current Affairs, Literature, Geography, Civics, Environment, Culture
• Section 2 (10%): Computer Terminology, Fundamentals, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Web Browsing, Email, Downloading/Uploading

Subject-Specific Section (70% weightage):

Group-1 (Hindi Shorthand): Hindi Shorthand के technical topics – Consonants (व्यंजन) का वर्गीकरण, दीर्घ-लघु स्वर, बिंदु-डैश स्वर, मध्यम स्वर, पूर्व-पश्च स्वर, शब्द चिह्न, संक्षिप्ताक्षर, अर्धकरण सिद्धांत, द्विगुण सिद्धांत, उपसर्ग-प्रत्यय की प्रतिनिधि रेखाएं आदि।

Group-2 (English Shorthand): Pitman Shorthand के topics – Consonants, Vowels और their application, Heavy/Light consonants, Curve strokes, Logograms, Grammalogues, Contractions, Diphthong, Triphone, Circle for S&Z, Halving principles, Doubling principles, Prefixes, Suffixes, Monetary units.

Group-3 (Both Languages): English और Hindi दोनों के shorthand topics combined।

HSSC Stenographer Typing Test – Skill Test Practice के लिए सही तरीका

Typing Test की Preparation कैसे करें – Complete Guide

दोस्तों, typing और shorthand दोनों ऐसी skills हैं जो practice से ही आती हैं – theory पढ़ने से नहीं। लेकिन सही direction में practice जरूरी है। यहाँ एक structured approach दे रहा हूँ:

Shorthand Practice के लिए:

• रोज minimum 30-45 minutes shorthand dictation practice करें – इससे कम में real improvement नहीं आती।
• शुरुआत में slow speed से dictation लें, accuracy पर focus करें। Speed automatically बढ़ेगी।
• Weekly एक full-length mock dictation test दें – exact target speed पर।
• अपनी mistakes को identify करें और उन्हीं specific outlines पर extra practice करें।

Computer Transcription के लिए:

• Shorthand notes लिखने के बाद उन्हें तुरंत computer पर type करने की practice करें।
• Font settings practice में भी same रखें – Hindi के लिए Kruti Dev 10, Size 14 और English के लिए Arial, Size 12, Line Spacing 1.5।
• Accuracy को 8% error limit के अंदर रखने की कोशिश करें – Senior Scale के लिए 4% target रखें।
• Backspace का कम से कम use करें – एक बार type करने के बाद recheck करें।

Typing Speed बढ़ाने के लिए:

Tie-Breaking Rule – Equal Marks होने पर क्या?

अगर दो candidates के aggregate marks equal हों तो:

• पहला priority: जो उम्र में बड़ा होगा उसे preference मिलेगी।
• अगर DOB भी same हो: जिसके CET Phase-I Written Exam में ज्यादा marks हैं उसे prefer किया जाएगा।

Barred Items – Exam Centre पर क्या नहीं ले जाना?

HSSC exams में frisking बहुत strict होती है। नीचे दी गई कोई भी चीज अगर exam centre पर मिली तो candidature cancel हो सकती है और 5 साल तक debarment हो सकती है:

• Mobile Phone, Bluetooth, Earphones, Pager, Health Band – कोई भी electronic device
• Calculator, Electronic Pen, Scanner
• Watch, Wristwatch, Bracelet, Camera
• Written material, Pencil Box, Scale, Writing Pad, Pen Drive
• Wallet, Goggles, Handbag, Belt, Cap
• Food items – opened या packed, Water Bottle
• Ornaments/metallic items

OMR Sheet के Important Rules

Written Exam OMR-based होगी। इन rules को ध्यान से पढ़ें:

• OMR sheet पर Pencil का use बिल्कुल नहीं करना।
• Eraser, Nail, Blade, Whitener – किसी से भी smudge/scratch नहीं करना, वरना OMR cancel होगी।
• एक question में एक से ज्यादा circle dark किया तो वो answer evaluate नहीं होगा।
• OMR की re-evaluation नहीं होती।
• Candidate copy, Commission copy और Original – तीन folios होती हैं, Commission copy पर कुछ मत लिखो।
