नमस्ते दोस्तों! मैं हूँ Amit Kumar और multityping में आपका स्वागत है। जो लोग shorthand और stenography की practice कर रहे हैं उनका इंतज़ार खत्म हुआ। Staff Selection Commission (SSC) ने Stenographer Grade C और Grade D के posts पर बड़ी recruitment निकाली है। 731 vacancies हैं और Apply करने की शुरुआत 24 April 2026 से हो गई है। यह exam 12th pass candidates के लिए Central Government में directly Stenographer बनने का मौका देती है – बिना graduation की जरूरत के! SSC Stenographer क्या होता है? – Grade C और D में क्या फर्क है?

SSC Stenographer exam के through candidates Central Government के अलग-अलग Ministries, Departments और Organizations में Stenographer के posts पर select होते हैं। दो grades हैं – Grade C और Grade D – और दोनों में pay scale, posting level और shorthand speed requirement में फर्क है।

Eligibility Criteria – क्या आप Apply कर सकते हैं?

Educational Qualification:

12th Pass (Intermediate) किसी recognized Board या University से – यही एकमात्र educational requirement है। Graduation की जरूरत नहीं है। यही इस exam की सबसे बड़ी खासियत है – 12th के बाद directly Central Government में Stenographer बन सकते हो।

Shorthand Skill:

Application form में आपको यह declare करना होगा कि आपको English या Hindi में stenography आती है। Certificate की जरूरत form fill करते वक्त नहीं है – लेकिन Skill Test में आपको actual speed demonstrate करनी होगी।

Selection Process – CBT से Posting तक

SSC Stenographer 2026 में कोई Interview नहीं है। Selection process सिर्फ दो stages में होती है:

CBT Exam Pattern 2026 – Sectional Timing का New Rule!

2026 में SSC ने Stenographer exam में Sectional Timing introduce की है। यह एक बड़ा बदलाव है जो preparation strategy को directly affect करता है।

Subject-wise Complete Syllabus – क्या पढ़ें?

Part I – General Intelligence & Reasoning (50 Marks, 30 Minutes)

Analogies, Similarities & Differences, Space Visualization, Problem Solving, Analysis, Judgement, Decision Making, Visual Memory, Discriminating Observation, Relationship Concepts, Arithmetical Reasoning, Verbal & Figural Classification, Arithmetical Number Series, Non-Verbal Series, Coding-Decoding, Puzzles, Venn Diagrams, Direction & Distance, Blood Relations, Order & Ranking। Non-verbal reasoning पर extra focus करो – figures, mirror images, paper folding। 30 minutes में 50 questions यानी हर question पर 36 seconds। Speed और accuracy दोनों जरूरी हैं।

Part II – General Awareness (50 Marks, 30 Minutes)

Current Affairs (last 4-5 months), History of India & Freedom Movement, Indian Polity & Constitution, Geography, Indian Economy, General Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology – everyday science), Sports, Awards & Honours, Important Days & Dates, Books & Authors, Government Schemes, National & International Events, Science & Technology। Current Affairs इस section में सबसे ज्यादा आते हैं। रोज़ एक national newspaper पढ़ने की habit बनाओ।

Part III – English Language & Comprehension (100 Marks, 60 Minutes)

यह section सबसे ज्यादा weightage वाला है – 100 marks और 60 minutes। Topics: Reading Comprehension (2-3 passages), Spot the Error, Fill in the Blanks, Synonyms & Antonyms, Spelling/Detecting Misspelled Words, Idioms & Phrases, One Word Substitution, Improvement of Sentences, Active/Passive Voice, Direct/Indirect Speech, Para Jumbles, Cloze Test। Paper III केवल English में होगा – Hindi version नहीं। इसलिए English grammar और vocabulary पर consistent focus जरूरी है।

Skill Test – यही सबसे Unique और Challenging Part है!

दोस्तों, CBT clear करने के बाद आती है असली परीक्षा – Stenography Skill Test। यह test qualifying nature का है लेकिन इसे fail किया तो selection नहीं होगा। यहाँ आपकी shorthand speed और transcription accuracy test होती है।

Skill Test का Format:

• आपको English या Hindi में से किसी एक language में test देना होगा (application में choose करना होगा)।
• Examiner dictation देगा – Grade C के लिए 100 WPM पर 10 minutes और Grade D के लिए 80 WPM पर 10 minutes।
• Dictation shorthand notebook में capture करनी होगी।
• उसके बाद computer पर transcribe करना होगा।

Typing Test की तैयारी कैसे करें – Complete Strategy

Shorthand skill test pass करना इस exam का सबसे challenging हिस्सा है। यहाँ एक proven strategy है:

Grade D (80 WPM) के लिए:

80 WPM पर 8 minutes में 640 words की dictation capture करनी होगी। अगर आप अभी 60-65 WPM पर हैं, तो daily intensive practice से 80 WPM achievable है। रोज minimum 45 minutes shorthand dictation practice करो। उसके बाद computer पर transcription practice करो। Accuracy पर focus करो – error कम हो तो qualifying chances बढ़ते हैं।

Grade C (100 WPM) के लिए:

100 WPM senior level speed है। अगर आप पहले से 80-85 WPM पर हैं तो 100 WPM difficult नहीं है। रोज 1 घंटा shorthand practice करो। 100 WPM पर specifically practice करो – 80 WPM की आदत बनाए रखोगे तो exam में pressure में 100 maintain नहीं होगी।

Transcription Practice:

CBT First Attempt में Crack करने की Strategy

July-August 2026 में CBT है यानी अभी approximately 3 महीने हैं। यह enough time है।

Phase 1 – अभी से 4 हफ्ते (Foundation): English Grammar के basics solid करो। Reasoning के common types (Analogy, Coding-Decoding, Series, Puzzles) समझो। Current Affairs के लिए daily newspaper habit शुरू करो। Shorthand dictation रोज 30-40 minutes।

Phase 2 – Week 5-8 (Depth): English में Reading Comprehension और Vocabulary पर focus। GA में Static GK के important chapters। Reasoning में difficult puzzles और seating arrangement। Daily current affairs notes बनाओ। Shorthand speed 80/100 WPM तक push करो।

Phase 3 – Week 9-12 (Mock Test Mode): Full-length mock tests weekly। Sectional timing के साथ practice करो – 30-30-60 minute format में। Weak sections identify करो और targeted revision करो। Negative marking से बचने के लिए जो question 50% से कम confident हो उसे skip करो।
