Stenographer Eligibility:

• Educational Qualification: 12th Standard (10+2) पास किसी recognized Board से

Junior Assistant – सबसे ज्यादा 39 Vacancies!

Junior Assistant post में सबसे ज्यादा vacancies हैं और यह सिर्फ 12th Intermediate Pass candidates के लिए open है। Eligibility:

• Educational Qualification: 10+2 (Intermediate) किसी recognized Board से
• Skill Test: Stage-II में Computer Knowledge/Skill Test होगा जिसमें Data Entry, Word Processing या Computer Operation आता है
• Age: 18 – 27 years

Junior Accountant – Commerce Background वालों के लिए

Junior Accountant post finance/accounts background वाले candidates के लिए है:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Mathematics या Statistics किसी recognized university से
• Skill Test: Stage-II Computer Knowledge/Skill Test में Data Entry और Word Processing
• Age: 18 – 27 years

Deputy Director (Medical) और Junior Programmer – Higher Posts

Deputy Director (Medical) – Group A, 02 Posts:

यह सबसे senior post है। Master's Degree (Medical) as per Medical Council Act 1956 required है। Age limit 18-35 years है। Selection process और syllabus अलग से announce होगा।

Junior Programmer – Group B, 01 Post:

Technical post है जिसके लिए B.Tech/B.E./BCA या Computer Science/IT/Electronics में Degree चाहिए, या DOEACC 'B'/'C' Level certification। Age limit 18-27 years है।

इन तीन posts के लिए selection process दो stages में होती है। ध्यान दो – No Interview!

Stage I – CBT Exam Pattern

Stage II – Skill Test (100 Marks, 75 Minutes)

Stage-I qualify करने के बाद Stage-II में post के अनुसार अलग-अलग test होगा:

• Stenographer के लिए: Stenography Test – Shorthand dictation (80 WPM) + Computer पर transcription (30 WPM की speed verify होगी)
• Junior Assistant के लिए: Data Entry, Word Processing या Computer Operation का test
• Junior Accountant के लिए: Data Entry और Word Processing का test

Stenography Skill Test – Complete Preparation Guide

दोस्तों, Stenographer post के लिए Stage-II सबसे challenging part है। यहाँ आपकी shorthand और typing skills की actual परीक्षा होगी।

Shorthand Practice Strategy (80 WPM Target):

80 WPM English shorthand का मतलब है 5 minutes में 400 words की dictation accurately capture करना। अगर आप अभी 60-70 WPM पर हैं, तो daily focused practice से यह gap 3-4 हफ्तों में close हो सकता है। रोज़ minimum 45-60 minutes shorthand dictation practice करो। अपनी weak outlines identify करो और उन्हीं पर targeted practice करो।

Typing Transcription Strategy (30 WPM Target):

Shorthand notes को computer पर accurately type करना transcription है। 30 WPM एक comfortable target है। Daily shorthand dictation के बाद उसे तुरंत computer पर transcribe करने की practice करो – यह combined skill exam में काम आएगी। हमारे MultiTyping Platform पर daily typing practice करो।

Combined Practice Routine:

• Phase 1 (पहले 2 हफ्ते): Shorthand basics revise करो, speed 60-70 WPM तक solid करो।
